What I Offer Strength & Balance Training Classes focused on improving strength, balance, coordination, and stability, to support daily movement and independence. Gentle Yoga & Stretching Mindful movement classes designed to improve flexibility, mobility, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Mobility Workshops Educational workshops focused on restoring movement, improving joint mobility, posture, balance, and functional strength. Wellness Workshops Workshops designed to educate and inspire healthy aging through topics such as stress management, healthy habits, breathing techniques, movement, and self-care. Personal Fitness Training One-on-one or small group sessions tailored to each individual’s goals, needs, and fitness level.
